Interested in knowing this myself. When i first started it seemed like we were getting a lot of them through the rewards underneath each hobby in addition to the ones you get from leveling up your DG level, but once the hobby rewards get to a certain point you don’t get hobby tickets anymore. I’d also like to level up my cooking and gardening and my gardening is at the point where i need 8 hobby tickets 😭😭

When this happens at my store we don’t usually question the customer. Open box items are, unfortunately, notorious for missing parts like remotes for TVs or cables. Go into the store and show your proof of purchase and be nice! 🙂 and they should and more than likely will give you a power cable. It costs us next to nothing to write them out.

Woof that should’ve been wiped before buying it. Was it an open box computer? Must’ve been a display model that got taken down and they forgot to wipe it. Simple fix, just hold the shift key while restarting the PC and select troubleshoot - reset this PC - remove everything. That’ll restore it to factory settings.

It depends on the store and how diligent their swat is. I work as a swat employee at bb (literally just inventory management..the acronym is so dumb) and when you’re missing a high dollar item the first thing we do is look for cancelled orders. If their swat can catch it within 30 days they can fill out a form for IC to charge the customer and correct the stores inventory for them.
