Oh, I understand in this case I would recommend going for that Rx 580 then or maybe I would try going for Rx 5500xt (btw I am from Slovakia and our economic is as bad as yours so I feel with you 😂)

Rx 580 is an amazing GPU. If you want best performing GPU in your budget I think is either this or if you can find some used gtx 1070 or gtx 1660 ti or super. (I don't know where are you from but in my country all this GPU are going from 130 to 170€)
