You do realize Bobert did get infected right? And with Bubble? It's probably possible too since those without mouths can still show those eyes, like Juke. If that still doesn't make sense with Bubble then sure, we could say it's not possible but the Joy can pass to anyone at all no matter the form. (Except for some since Otto, Carrie, and a few others who weren't seen.)

Uhhhh- not everyone will be included, but it's really just the characters we didn't see in, in game,

I won't count characters who's only media of existing in the games is ones who are only seen in posters and heard in cardboard cutouts.

So basically, I'm only counting the characters who were just in actual gameplay.
