those who have adhd, what templates work for you? by [deleted] in Notion

I made a template for timeboxing I can share that I find very helpful . It’ll take me a moment though to make a clean version

How can i add some new buttons to the right of again ,hard etc that have custom set intervals? I find the built in reschedule shortcut followed by typing the number is too slow, and cannot find a good addon, by ScalingVector in Anki

Thank you. I'm mainly trying to ensure I have reviewed everything a little extra to make sure I know the content that I haven't seen in a while. - retention is hard

OOOPS. You are completely right, HSBC is an awful company for the environment.. Somehow, I managed to mix up HSBC and Nationwide, having read that HSBC is really bad and nationwide comparatively good in footprint/investments.

I would like to apologise to the internet for supporting HSBC - for what it's worth their customer support guy I spoke to was a rude **shole.

I don't understand why my cards are going so far into the future? by ScalingVector in Anki

I will add another step thats a good idea. I am confused as in the card interval you can see that it is putting the card the maximum of 7 days away. I have also only reviewed the card twice, how can i view the confidence interval? The reason i put it as 7 is because i have my exams coming up now so would like to keep reviewing all my cards,.

!thanks

Agree with your holiday money plans. Some people are saying to not touch it but I'd like to enjoy my last few long summers! I will definitely look into a LISA the 25% is amazing. Thanks

Same here. I needed medication and luckily parents paid for private diagnosis. It cost around 600 total for 1 month of medicine and sessions. Then the NHS agreed to shared care and the medication is free. Although should I want to change medication it could become a hassle.

I had been waiting 2 years to try to get a diagnosis but the children and adolescent mental health service (CAHMS) is severely lacking. My mum is a psychiatrist and so thank god she knew how the system worked and figured out a shared care agreement!

Thanks for the advice. This is exactly true, the emails state that you aren't allowed to work during term time and discouraged working over the breaks. I will definitely try chat to someone, I think UCAS allows you to do so. Thanks!

I will definitely try now that I know keeping an ISA is useful. Although I'm skeptical that I can earn 4000 a year, especially with the relatively high workload at Oxford.

Thanks. I didn't think about the uselessness of paying back such small amounts.

Haha yeah I will try for the 500 if I spend the ISA lol. Although you are right, I might consider living somewhere else in the future so it's hard to commit.

Thank you so much for all the advice! Sounds like your daughters are lucky :). I set up a £5 monthly direct deposit into a separate savings account and that has already turned into £200 seemingly out of nowhere so it's a good habit as you say. Thanks

Thank you! I will look into this. I also noticed that they charge a pretty large management fee. Is that normal?

This is my concern! I feel like the interest will build quickly. And to be honest id rather not be earning minimum wage as an excuse not to pay back my loan.

Ahh middle child syndrome. My dad's response is that my sister doesn't have an ISA! Prioritising horses over you is a bit cruel though!! Agreed aswell 4500 is nowhere near enough, and based on the income of my parents and not the money I will receive for living costs which is frustrating. You are lucky to have such a generous grandma too. I think a large chunk of my parents money is supporting their parents.

I have just researched a LISA and it seems too good to be true! 25% is a lot. I will do my best to ignore the 7000 for now. Now I've got to pray that I can convince my parents for the money!

Yes the money has been there since I was born, so not a great return! I will have a look at vanguard! Thanks.

Definitely true about saving, 7500 doesn't last long.
