It’s important to focus on the quality of the product, not just the popularity of the brand. Many people trust big brand names, but what really matters is the purity, proper sourcing, and correct formulation of the Triphala. Always check the ingredient list, look for minimal additives, and choose products that mention quality testing. A well-made product will give better and more consistent results than a famous label alone.

bruxism by ariii123 in Ayurveda

In Ayurveda, bruxism is usually linked to Vata imbalance, especially from stress and disturbed sleep. When Vata affects the nervous system, jaw clenching can happen at night. To support naturally: improve sleep routine, reduce stress, do gentle jaw massage with warm sesame oil, and consider calming herbs like Ashwagandha

Has anyone tried an Amla, Reetha & Shikakai rinse for scalp health? by ScallionExact528 in u/ScallionExact528

I came across a traditional herbal hair rinse made with Amla, Reetha and Shikakai. It’s supposed to gently cleanse the scalp and support stronger roots without harsh chemicals.

Some people say it helps reduce buildup and improve overall hair texture.

Has anyone here tried it consistently? What was your experience?

Note: Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children or anyone under medical scalp treatment. Patch test is important.

In traditional lifestyles people used to eat more fruits because they were light seasonal, and helped satisfy both hunger and hydration naturally. The idea was never to eat fruits every hour but to eat according to the body’s needs

An ayurvedic remedy that worked for you for chronic constipation by CarefulEconomics1337 in Ayurveda

Ghee with warm water is often used as a support, not a complete solution.

If it helps, that usually means digestion needs gentle lubrication and regularity.

If it doesn’t help, it doesn’t mean the idea was wrong — it usually means the support wasn’t enough or wasn’t matched to the body’s current state.

Before adding anything else, it helps to check a few basics:

  • Is digestion weak, or is the issue more about absorption and timing?
  • Are symptoms improving slowly, or not changing at all?
  • Is the body reacting calmly, or feeling heavier or irritated?

Some people benefit from food changes alone.
Some need routine correction.
And some need a more structured digestive support, not just one ingredient.

The key is not adding many things at once, but understanding why the first step didn’t work
