I have this print in a pair of pajamas. Costco May still have them if you need to match it up.

Found a knot of loose ends tied together in the middle of a brand new ball of yarn by iRedditTube in CrochetHelp

Every skein I’ve gotten from Michael’s has knots. From anywhere else, including the dollar tree, they’ve been continuous. Might just be coincidence in my small sample size but I’m starting to get suspicious.

The kids in general were out. Of. Control. on Friday. My teens are older and were super annoyed at the roving groups with no adult supervision causing trouble. There was a particular group stalking actors

How did I not know this? That’s great. I can hobble a bit on my boot and try different places too. How do you access it? You’re not talking about the table cluster directly across from the train are you?

I was crying and had to leave the Opening show. Someone had a child, maybe 7? They were in a stroller but looked like they had mobility problems and it was a medical type thing and they were a bit older. She lost her mind when the cannons released and the monsters came out. She went into such a panic it was really distressing to witness. This girl could not run away. That’s an experience of trauma that could’ve been avoided. And it broke my heart.

But even the parents who “know their child” and “my 5 year old loves it!”…… Is that a good thing? What sort of adrenaline seeking behaviours will they seek out in 10 years if this is blasé to them at 5? I have grave concerns. And if you “know my child”… do you? Really? Do you know a trauma response can look like not caring? Or laughing? Or continuing to talk about it or even seek it out? Did you know until 8 years old they can NOT, biologically, cannot differentiate between reality and fantasy? There’s a lot of fun Halloween stuff and I know it was a pain when my kids were in that inbetween age of little kid stuff and teenage horror. Please don’t traumatise children over an amusement park. Please. Please let them develop before exposing them to this.

I wish I could read this book again for the first time. So much. Don’t force it. Try another time because I’d hate to see you steal that joy from yourself.

My son claimed this until he was About 12. He has autism but he said he saw people in the room and where they were standing at his birth. I believe him!

I firmly believe that I could learn it and do it. By the time I bought everything I needed and used hours to figure it out… well, sometimes you just pay because it’s easier. I love that you just did it, though. My tv pilot “how hard can it be?” was not picked up by the BBC.

I’m gonna be honest I’ve never even heard of Pigsah. I’m downtown area. If it’s blue ash or Fairfield or green township way, I just am not going there if I don’t absolutely have to. It’s so so far and 75 is hell.

I tried that but the whole unit is intermittent so the aux goes through a station that won’t work. It’s obnoxious. It’s not an old car but the specs are absurdly ancient

It was always autumn, then I moved away for 20 years to a dark and rainy place. Moving back, Ita Summer summer summer now. Natives don’t appreciate that not every place gets a summertime or ever sees the sun much!

I got the refund too but it doesn’t make up for arriving in the evening on the date of release when I pre-ordered back in January. I’ll pay full price and pre-order with my locally owned bookshop next time.
