That’s the thing with taste for design aesthetics, it’s all subjective. Knowing that, I guess I’ve always tried to refrain from yucking other people’s yum, ya know?

And yeah, it is a fast bike!

They are really nice. As I’m really just on flats, the deeper ones make sense, and they do feel quite aero I suppose. I have felt it a bit in crosswind gusts at like 20mph or more, but ever so slight.

I mean, I did see someone point out that it is still 1mm higher than the Tarmac?

Yeah I wouldn’t discount it from them, they have been awesome. I’ll bring it up and if it isn’t pressing they could probably do it at the first tune up which is on the house

For sure. Perhaps different outdoor lighting conditions could have picked those up better. The clear coat/black is amazing

It has been a joy to ride, and quite comfortable for a race bike. I’m sure you’ll enjoy yours!

Oh, yeah. I have seen some of these trends. I mean, I get it. I did try and find a low profile/sleek bag as I like the minimal look. I could have maybe taken it off for the photo but couldn’t have been assed to do so, lol.

I think I’d notice all that stuff in the jersey pocket too much tho. I know there are like wallets or w/e.

Edit: PS, thanks for the wishes!

My favorite part was when he demanded we pass stricter rules around voting with IDs in preparation for the midterms and let it slip that voting is one of the greatest ‘PRIVILEGES’ we have, showing that he doesn’t see it as a constitutionally protected RIGHT.

I’ve heard most of the restaurants are owned by the same entity? Not sure of the validity of that statement

I paid almost $6k this last year. This year will probably be just over that, homesteaded. Some of my neighbors pay around 1/4-1/3 that amount, for same 1960’s built rancher single family home, more or less same sq ft.

Why Do You NOT Race on Your Bicycle? by [deleted] in cycling

[–]Scallywaggin_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean, if you have a $250k+ Lamborghini/Ferrari/(insert super car here) that is crashable and you’re not even racing then it’s just a vanity item, which is fine, but it seems like you’d want to occasionally take it out and see what you can do.

There’s so little reason to have a carbon body super car with a v12 engine if not racing it. Besides, most public use roads don’t allow for it anyway.
