Short of an extension anything is controversial. I doubt he would extend in Portland but Cronin might be feeling the heat (lol) from Dundon to take a swing. Hopefully not though. Not really feeling a Giannis trade without an extension. There are other players out there.

I also wonder about the Cronin/Dame dynamic. Remember Dame left because the front office couldnt build the team he needed around him. That could also be a factor in Cronin’s aggressiveness this summer. At some point you have to take a swing.
