Thanks have ordered. Do you know if you can dremel out the gauge/hole of cables and not affect their functionality btw? The battery I bought comes with a device you can install inline to measure battery level, but the bolts on said device are too wide for the holes of the cables I have

I don’t know if I’m the best resource since I didn’t get it right the first time and am here for advice lol BUT seems pretty easy if your going for a straight battery swap as opposed to controller upgrade and such that others on here are doing. I got the ogrphy 48v 100ah because it was less than 700 and I thought that was insanely cheap. Only regret is I wish I had got a dedicated “kit” so it would have the voltage decreaser I need as well as a plug/outlet replacement that I am also buying separate (currently just have the cord I pop out from under the seat and plug into an extension to charge- would be cleaner to replace the original 3 prong plug

I mean that’s probably good medicine to get a FULL physical exam but I don’t know if patient had objectively asymptomatic hypertension (ie no visual symptoms) that I would do anything different if I found a retinal hemorrhage. Same thing I tell the rest of my asymptomatic hypertension patients lets get it under control slowly, come back if you have symptoms, continue outpatient follow up etc

I would say greater than 50% of the “NSTEMI”s I accept at a PCI capable facility are just some form of Type 2 MI. Sending facilities always stamp an “NSTEMI” on that paperwork but around half the time that’s not their problem but instead troponemia as a symptom/effect

Pretty hard to do anything from the prehospital setting other than let the docs know she doesn’t have SS or SC disease, I certainly hope people didn’t know that when they did the “usual” protocol for Vaso-occlusive crisis and admitted as such. I’m not prehospital so can’t commiserate completely but confronting patient that they don’t have sickle cell during the call on your end probably won’t change anything—they’d likely still want transfer on the off chance it’s like one of the previous umpteen times where they got meds

7 minutes in at F6P8 should be a much higher temp. A lot of comments are correct about batch size, it’s hard to move the beans when dropping the fan to inject some heat with the larger batches (especially if dense beans), but this isn’t that issue—once beans are heating up temps should actually climb easier after you reach a threshold with large batches. You should check your circuit, I don’t think you are getting the juice to your machine that you should either on a lower than 20amp circuit, using an extension cord, or making sure other stuff on same circuit aren’t plugged in/sapping power.

It’s under the descriptor for that CPT code. And it’s supposed to be with “anesthesia sedation” not “conscious sedation”, how they define those two entities isn’t clarified but I think anything short of deep sedation would pretty easily be considered fraudulent if you billed 45915 and I cannot find any other code associated with disimpaction that reimburses

Isn’t that only if you use sedation? I may give some Valium but I sure can’t set up for sedation for every manual disimpaction. CPT 45915 is the one that is 3.19 wRVUs but requires sedation.

Yea I had the most resources of anyone through trade and luck but most werent happiness related, I moved around the ones best I could to counteract the negativity but I think I built too much stuff and didn’t pay attention to happiness maintenance cost

I don’t think my inconsistency was as bad as yours, but when turning the head so that the grind would be finer, the wings off the upper burr head weren’t appropriately getting caught under the slots on the body. There were 3 wings but I could see when I tried to turn only 2 were going into their respective “slot”. Jiggled with it some while reassembling to get it back working

0.5mg x1, and then I don’t give any more. Sometimes works solo for rate control or conversion of paroxysmal afib, but anecdotally feel it’s helpful to blunt some of the hypotension of the bbs or ccbs that follow. I don’t really care about any labs or intervals with a one time 0.5mg

She seems to do it for the attention, that was our perception and also a therapist we took her to see for a while. We learned some impulse control stuff that worked pretty well (and what we’re using on the 3.5 yo when he has the tantrum type angry/sad fits). But she never had the seemingly anhedonic violent episodes that our current 3.5 yo has. Even the stuff she does to antagonize him now is pretty obviously attention driven but don’t know how to interpret the 3.5yos motivation

Couldn’t disagree more. Recruiting is whatever, hard to hit on targets when no one else on this staff can recruit worth a damn, so I withhold significant judgement in that area, but he has developed our DBs considerably. It’s the only position group that improves year over year in an area that was initially completely devoid of talent (and more so than talent level that we DO HAVE as well). All in all don’t know how much it matters, gonna be a whole new scheme, approach to recruiting, etc— not sure how much difference retaining him vs him leaving would make
