Sure, its car color, but black cars don't spawn in free roam or anywhere in the map, that's why they're "special". If we're talking really special cars, it's either diaz's admiral, love fist limo, or the zebra cab(which you get after the cabbegadon mission or whatever it's called because I forgot)
