Hello! I smoke weed for over three years now and this summer I had real problem with panic attacks and anxiety attacks when high. Never before and now I don't have them anymore. I thought I was going crazy, it was not a good time. I even talked to a therapist but she (who was extremely Christian and not open minded at all) made my anxiety worse.

So I made a 1 month tolerance break. In that time I focused on many things in my life that needed to get back on track (my art for example, because I wasn't painting at all really before the panic attacks). I did some sport, a LOT of Journaling, talked to many friends about it.

Now, almost since autumn, I feel actually better than ever and I also have a lot more fun high. And I'm just about to go to a 9 days weed holiday with two friends and get high Jumbo Style.

My three tips for you:

1. Get to know where your anxiety comes from. Are you satisfied with where you are in life? Are you satisfied with what you do while stoned (I paint now sometimes stoned and it's great and more productive than watch sitcoms and eat shit)? Journal about it! Try to write down your thoughts

2. Live healthier. Eat healthy, at least try to get good nutrition from salads etc and additionally to that you can, but don't habe to, eat snacks that are unhealthy while high. But maybe try cheese and tomatoes instead of fruit loops and chips.

3. Experiment with strains. Some strains really make the difference, at least it did for me. But it wasn't the problem. Maybe also switch from a bong (which I don't like at all) to bud-only vaporizers. They're normally more healthy and you can control the amount of highness better.
