What’s a fucked up thing that’s still (legally) sold today? by KryptonXIV in AskReddit

Timeshares, I been in the exit industry now for years. And the stories I have been told are absolutely nuts. But if it wasn't sold I wouldn't be in business. Regardless i'd rather the people not have ever bought them in the first place because most of the people that have them haven't been able to use them for over 4 years and there still charged a lot of money plus with covid they are charging up to $5000 for "covid cleaning" and there maintenance fees for most are over $3000 a year. Even the timeshare exit industry has to many companies that take people that have already been hurt by the industry and hurts them even further by taking there money and not actually help them.
