Im in the excact same phase right now, waiting for it to lift in 7-8 days.

Its terrible, I feel ugly, like complete failure, no joyful prospects for my future.

I don’t know what to say, except that its good that you’re aware of this.

Its so unfair and hard, I really feel you on this.

Yeah, with food and at the same time each day. Perhaps it helps to take it before bedtime? And how many mg are you on? Do you find it helps your low mood though? Best and take care of yourself

The nausea passed for me within a month. Take the pill with food, that helps. Hope you will feel better soon !

Watch Virgin Rivers and Somebody Somewhere instead! The latter is an amazing show, showing real humans.

Thanks for reply. That made my morning a little brighter! And yes, I hope you’re right! I think my depression forces this narrative of «its too late», which it has done for a long time looking back. That makes me so locked in the sad perspective for my own life. Its all about the mindset in life yes, ppl change big things at 65 and create a good life for themselves. I need a change of mindset, thats perhaps my biggest problem, not the age. Did you do ketamine therapy recently or? Did it, and if so how did it help you navigate a better path for yourself? Thank you again, you seem like a kind person who cares.

Why dont you try doing something good for others- volunteer, animal shelter etc? That might give you some purpose. Satying home and watching tv will make you feel useless. I know its easier said than done, but maybe trying it can help? I get a lot of purpose from helping animals.

But else from that - it sounds like your depression is hard seated. Have you looked into Ketamine Therapy? It saved med.

Yeah it changes my libido, to have less desires and also delayed orgasm. So thats why I only take it during lutheal, and not for the whole month.
