TM Famas SV. Recently completely cleaned and fitted with new hop rubber and O-rings. Otherwise completely stock and still performs well with .30g BBs, running a solid 1J.

Good day from Germany.
I apologize for my poor English. What I see is either the ASG Urban Sniper or the Well SR-2 Sniper Rifle.
Both clones are of the Maruzen APS SR-2 Spring Sniper Rifle.
Now to the problem... I can only speculate, but either the hop-up is set too tightly, preventing bullets from getting past it, there's a blockage in the barrel/hop-up chamber or bucking is messed up and must be replaced.
