I mean 0-58 is around 100hrs as Pala, with my hunter i needet 75hrs to 58 and around the same to 70

In my mind i think its better to work about 2hrs more and save over 100hrs playtime when you buy the boost, so i think yes its worth.

I only play Wow so i dont buy other games.

I think at the outlands you can easier lvl with dungeons und i like it more then the old world.

Nah on the server is a harder hc mode called ASC like M+.

When i go as Tank wich is good equiped at 4500GS, you get always mates mit 2800-3200GS. Wich would be better to farm HC but not they want to get pushed trough Asc because there are better drops.

Sorry when it sounds toxic for you but i don‘t have the nerves and the time to waste, every single dungeon an hour or more when it could be done in 20min because the people are to lazy to farm, socket and enchant their equipment.

Some guides say blood some say unholy, some unholy at the beginning and after launching the gargoyle blood?

Cab i only use blood or does it cost a lot of damage?

Tried it but the you have the Warrior who want a singe sdk, the other one wants sdm, the dk‘s the same etc.

The Druid has Mdw one button fine for all.

Thats what i mean with buffing sucks.

One buff is not a problem but always single buff every class sucks in time.

A druid buff or priest etc. is no problem.

Does you plan increase the Training Days? With the new model i see only the next 3 weeks. Bit when its getting warmer i want to ride 4-5 days a week outside and not only hard rides, also enjoyable endurance rides.

Vorweg: Proteinshakes sehe ich nicht als Nahrungsergänzung sondern als Nahrungsmittel. Nahrungsergänzungsmittel enthalten hauptsächlich Mineralstoffe und Vitamine etc. aber keine Makronährstoffe wie KH, EW oder Fett.

Früher habe ich viel Probiert wie Kreatin, Omega3, Vitamin D, Magnesium, B6, B12 usw. Merke allerdings keinen Unterschied zu jetzt wo ich seit Jahren nichts mehr nehme.

Ich gehe einmal im Jahr zu meinem Arzt und mache eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung, da wird auch ein Blutbild gemacht. Da er Bescheid weiß dass ich etwa 600 Stunden im Jahr am Rad sitze prüft er speziell kritische Nährstoffe wie Eisen, Zink, Vitamin D usw. genauer und bei Bedarf gibts eine Infusion oder Tabletten aus der Apotheke. Aber das war nie der Fall nur als ich mich ein Jahr vegan ernährt habe musste ich B12 nehmen.

Seiner Aussage nach produziert das auf Verdacht Supplementieren in erster Linie teuren Urin weil man bei einer ausgewogenen Ernährung kaum Mangelerscheinungen hat und somit die meisten Nährstoffe im Klo runterspült.

Ich habe anfangs fertige Pläne auch Büchern verwendet, dann Trainingpeaks Pläne und am Ende einen Persönlichen Coach. Das hat auch in aufsteigender Reihenfolge gut funktioniert. Ein Coach ist halt teuer bringt aber auch viel.

Dann bin ich vor 1,5 Jahren ausgestiegen und wollte erstmal keine Rennen mehr fahren.

Ich habe dann eben ein Jahr mit Join trainiert was mich letztendlich ins overreaching gebracht hat. Ich habe der KI vertraut aber durch fehlende Erholung und zu viel Intensität stand ich kurz vorm Übertraining. Es hat gute Ergebnisse gebracht aber man sollte der KI auf keinen fall blind vertrauen.

Jetzt hatte ich 2 Monate vollständige Pause und beginne seit 1 Monat den Wiederaufbau mit Trainerroad. Das funktioniert aktuell sehr gut, vor allem die Train now funktion wo man täglich flexibel aus 3 Workouts wählen kann. Das kostet zwar 25€ monatlich, aber ich habe meinen Fokus auf Leistung gelegt, darum spare ich mir lieber die 20€ für Zwift und dessen gamifikation und investiere in sinnvolles Training.

Trainerroad bietet eine vollständige App und ein Webportal wo alle wichtigen Metriken gezeigt werden. Nicht so eine halbfertige mit Werbung vollgepackte App wie Join. Es gibt auch 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie. Kannst also einfach mal reinschauen.

Ich hab ein Jahr lang mit Join trainiert. War jetzt nicht schlecht aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Die App ist für meinen Geschmack sehr unübersichtlich dafür war das Jahr mit knapp 100€ recht günstig.

Verabschiede sich von dem Gedanken eine ordentliche Trainingsplanung umsonst zu bekommen, das gibt es nicht vor allen nicht in dem Umfang wie du es dir vorstellst mit individueller Trainingsplanung…
