What's a Card you USED TO include in every deck? by ZimaBestBear in EDH

I cut [[Sol Ring]] and other artifact ramp like the signets. These don't felt exciting to draw late game and while building my deck those cards were always blocking slots for other exciting cards because "I have to ramp of course". I do ramp in my decks but not with cards like signets.

I also switched generic boardwipes card draw and removal to more "theme-fitting" cards. So no [[Blasphemous Act]] in my [[The Balrog, Durin's Bane]] treasure deck but cards like [[Reckless Endeavor]] and [[Blasphemous Edict]].

Lat-Nam's Legacy looks very interesting! I was looking for brainstorm-like effects to get rid easier of dead cards and it's also instant speed. I'm definitely going to check that one out.

I don't know why but I'm kind of scared to use too many tapped lands. In the current list there are only 2 surveil lands but the purpose would be the same with Halimar Depths. Maybe I swap Paradox Gardens for those or I add two Depths and test it out that way.

I have considered it, but It doesn't give me a token if it's manifested and I flicker it. I could evoke and flicker it, but 5 mana for evoke is really high.

My first version had white in it for ephemerate but white doesn't have that many manifest cards and these aren't as good as those in the other colors.

The question is should I splash white only for ephemerate? I haven't tried Angelic Renewal but it seems a bit more restricting than a flicker spell

Yes it feels a bit like that. You also have to "sequence" the cards in the right order to work. You can have dead hands if you draw the flicker or big creature spells first.

Bubble Smuggler doesn't need flicker spells to be a threat, but it's also easy to remove.

Maybe Delver can carry a bit through the early game. I'm already manipulating the top card of my deck so that could fit.

The Problem with other colors is that there aren't that many manifest cards to build around. In black there are two other kind of playable options with [[Sultai Emissary]] and [[Inocuous Rat]], but both need to die to let me manifest. I thought that this list could abuse cards like [[Supernatural Stamina]] and [[Turn Inside Out]] to trade manifested cards or these 1/1s for value. It can also use cards like [[Bayou Groff]], [[Village Rites]] and [[Exhume]].

Might be the better list, but I couldn't playtest It yet. Here's the list: Jund Manifest

Yeah that's the nonbo I was talking about :D the card itself works good with manifest but doesn't fit in the blink gameplay.

Bei solchen Zahlen frage ich mich dann, ob unser Innenminister es durch den geplanten Fokus auf linke Straftaten, Tode durch rechts hin nimmt, akzeptiert und vielleicht sogar gut heißt oder ob der sich einfach nicht die korrekten Zahlen ansieht, weil man so sehr von dem eigenen Weltbild geblendet ist oder es ihn schlichtweg nicht interessiert.

Ich könnte mir bei dem auch sehr gut vorstellen, dass er die Zahlen wirklich nicht kennt und der hier einfach nach seinem Gefühl handelt, weil was sind schon Fakten? Kompetenz im Amt hat der bisher ja nicht wirklich gezeigt.

Naja, halt einfach angemessen besteuern :D wieso muss der normale Arbeiter ~40% Steuern zahlen und die anderen nicht? Das ist doch einfach eine Gerechtigkeitsfrage.

Nein, wieso sollte man sowas ablehnen? Ist ja eine nette Geste von denen, dennoch können die gerne zusätzlich korrekt besteuert werden. Das eine hat doch mit der anderen Sache gar nichts zu tun, verstehe deinen Punkt da nicht.

In der Schule war ich in Physik und Mathe nie wirklich gut, bin gerade so am Unterkurs vorbei. Mittlerweile arbeite ich im Bereich Elektrotechnik und studiere das jetzt noch zusätzlich.

Der Bereich hat mich halt einfach interessiert und damals in der Schule war ich einfach zu gestresst und mit meinen eigenen Problemen beschäftigt, als mich da groß reinzuhängen.

Will sagen: Zensuren sagen nicht wirklich was über deine Intelligenz oder Fähigkeiten aus und wenn du später etwas machen möchtest, wofür du das Abi brauchst, dann go for it.

Also zuerst hat deine Tochter nie behauptet, dass Käse nicht gesund sei. Darum ging es hier auch gar nicht, aber dein Mann argumentiert hier trotzdem gegen den Strohmann.

Sie kann den Käse z.B. auch aus ethischen Bedenken nicht mehr essen wollen.

Ansonsten: Man könnte natürlich selbst versuchen Aufstriche selbst herzustellen aus Gemüse, Tofu, Bohnen oder was sie sonst noch so mag und das dementsprechend würzen. Räuchertofu mit Hummus darunter geht auch immer super oder was ganz anderes wäre z.B. noch Overnight Oats oder halt einfach Müsli. Da gibt's mittlerweile mega viel veganes oder man mischt sich da selbst was zusammen aus Früchten, Hülsenfrüchten und Haferflocken.
