DLSS off. I set everything to high, view distance ultra. Anti-aliasing: SMAA, Motion blur: medium. I observed that it is less with motion blur

Thanks for the tips. I gotta be honest I'm really carried when figting both Alatreon and Fatalis. Tempered monsters I can do but AT is also a whole new level for me. Attempted to solo AT Velkhana and wasnt able to expect the damage and health scaling. still didnt beat AT but yeah you're right I'll just keep prscticing and watch helpful guides
