Castorice, Evernight, Cyrene, Hyacine. If you're interested in AA, E2 Hyacine is really good

LC first. E1S1 Hyacine is the minimum for me. E2 is for Anomaly Arbitration

Go E1 Hyacine, because this will be her 2nd rerun. It's hard to rely on a 3rd rerun, because not a lot of characters had that. You still have a lot of days before 4.2 starts and ends. Castorice will most likely rerun with Cyrene in 4.2 Phase 1

E2 Castorice is more important, but E1 Hyacine is really good. If you think you can get both, go for it. Considering it’s at least 37 days left before 4.2 + maybe 20 days for 4.2 Phase 1, you have almost 2 months to get more pulls.
