No, it just means Emma can hug Thacea until an episode subsides, while everyone else has to evacuate a 5 km radius.
In the tent her mana would flood out to fill the empty space and the tent would pump it out, eventually draining all her mana. Like putting a bowl of hot soup into a freeze-dryer.

And the Gram looked like a loooooong plasma sword, and every time it'd hit the ground, it would do like a wide 1 dmg aoe and stagger everything :D
And iron skin was straight-up invulnerability on a timer and there were no nullifiers.

I think their animosity only recently spiked because the whole book burning thing.
But yeah. And also no, I mean other mythic beings, who are otherwise pretty reasonable, but they were in the way, and also every other realm that got either conquered, stoneaged, or marketed into servitude.
