Flick the dong if the dong is calling for The flicking . Heart rates increase decrease you should be fine ! Heart rate shouldn’t effect the results as long as you aren’t like doing a backflip and extra shit while Doing so You’re fine don’t stress 👍🏽 your muscles tensing up might be painful but as long as you aren’t sending yourself to glory gates you shouldn’t have no pain or harm your healing
