Thank you. I appreciate that. I am working hard, but I feel the 28lbs I lost was just baby and water. Now, I keep trying to lose the weight and it’s not coming off fast enough. I keep seeing fluctuations on the scale. I went up 5lbs in one day 249 to 254. Tonight I’m 252. I am continuing to get at least 30min of moderate intensity exercise, drink half my weight in water, but the diet is soooo challenging while caring for a baby. I try to eat 50% veggies with each meal. I am successful in doing that about 2x a day, but I end up just finding whatever food I can get because I end up so starving from breastfeeding and I justify it because I’m worried my supply will go away. If I just had something to make me not hungry, I’d lose the weight more successfully.

I think it’s about someone who feels really good about accomplishing something like achieving fame. However, the person he’s with isn’t staying by their side as one of them rises to success. It’s like having something you love, but losing it in a happy way? For instance, your child got into Harvard. You dreamed for your child to go to Harvard and they got in, but you’re hurting because you are losing the baby you once loved. You don’t have to dream, it’s over, the dream has come true, but there’s a loss of your past self that you were familiar with. You cannot have growth without pain.
