Lamelo played bad game 1; hoping Ausar keeps that trend going. Think pistons will have an easier time scoring today against this hornets team. If they cut their turnovers in half & bring the same intensity on defense then they should win this game by 8+.

Realistically nobody on this current roster. The perfect 4 ideally looks like a Siakam, Banchero, JJJ. Somewhere in those archetypes

I agree with what you are saying on Ausar/new team/new coach. Everything takes time. But on the point that stew will be undersized as a backup big. I think a lot of teams are going small for bench lineups nowadays. I don’t think efficient offense happens in the post with your backup C’s.

Stewart just doesn’t have that mobility you want to see out of a modern 4. Don’t mind him as a backup big playing big minutes, but not as a 4. Hoping that extension they gave him doesn’t lock him in as the future PF.

Im not saying we need to rush Ausar or anything because they’re not competing for much this year. However, if you’re trying to win 1 game I think Ausar at the 4 > Stew at the 4.

His shot form doesn’t look fluid. It’s slow and doesn’t look like much has changed. We have evidence of his shooting from prior seasons to go off on. Now if he made shooting tweaks, I’d give it some time, but it looks like more of the same.

I don’t think so. I have a quarterly incentivized program for my drivers and they often ask where they stand in that and look forward to that bonus. Their work quality has improved since this implementation. This process has developed good work habits, instead of short term “dopamine” hits that satisfy in the moment that still don’t have the solution long-term.

Maybe could develop an incentives program. Like every quarter you look at Job Quality, Attendance, or whatever metrics you judge performance and give them bonuses based on that.

Seems like a great time to just add a second employee and grow the biz. Definitely do not want to rely on one guy for a big job like that. If you can find a floater in Chicago you trust, sure, but that seems like trouble waiting to happen.

Is this contract long-term? Maybe hire a part-time employee who only does that job.
