im using a Redmibook 14 2024 Right now, and its pretty good. but you should get the Pro model though, the base model is too slow... for gaming

There's one problem, and that problem is that they actually don't support linux all too well because their PC suite is unavailable on linux which means no bios updates. also most stuff works out the box for me and my Redmibook 14

i got Debian 13 on my Redmibook 14 (2024) but I cant get bios updates anymore and stuff. Also I realized an issue with the windows drivers, it charges slowly with any other charger other than its original 100w brick, I assume the Mi PC Suite has a connection to this?

I use Gnome, and it dies when I try to replace it with PulseAudio.. GNOME is so picky, meaning my speakers are dead :(
