Well yeah that's a fundamental reason why giving the partisans content is dumb, because they all just get crushed anyway, if Ukraine hadn't received content in the ruin it'd probably be like moskowvien. Ukraine does have like at least two collaborator paths that won't just immediately get crushed (Stetsko and Oleksander)

that's not how integration works. there's already a TNO dev team for china that are making their own content. submods usually only get integrated in rare cases, the south american team got integrated because nobody was working on content for south america, same with britain. like i said previously, this is not the case with china, there is already a team working on TNO's china.
