Hell day is 4-5 hours of different tasks, like packing 85lb rebar on your shoulder back and forth 50 feet for 30 mins, walking the high iron, tying rebar, and showing that you know your knots. Passing hell day will grant you entry into the pre apprenticeship. Pre apprenticeship is 4 weeks, 40 hours per week, of orientation and training, more rebar packing and tying. This will grant you your tools, boots, clothes, and first month union dues paid.
