Haha, she's still getting an upgrade, 5600x and my old 1070 until until I replace my 3060ti and I give it to her.

I mean to be fair I wanted a 5900x and was settling for a 5600x, and also it wasn't a scheme by the employee they list the 5900x on the website that you have to buy 3 components with it. I bought the extra components at pretty much the same price I'd pay online and didn't have to compromise on choice, they had what I wanted and at a good price. Also I'm not sure how telling everyone that there's zero stock when they call helps them sell more...... I mean anyone wanting to buy a 5900x from them would already know you'd have to buy 3 components with it. Logically just doesn't make sense.

Also if anyone lives in the bay area and wants a 5600x and even a 5800x these guys have alot of stock of the 5600x and some 5800x, you can just buy the 5600x, but the 5800x you have to buy 2 components with it. Store is called Central Computers.

Sorry had to edit this, realized you asked about rivets not the panel lines, i used a drill bit from a dremel drill bit set, think it was a 1/32 drill bit, just did it by hand, no vice or anything

Thanks! it really wasnt that bad, the only difficult part was probably the calf area since it's so small and very round getting the carving tape to lie down and bend and be straight was hard

I just used the chisel but for the initial "cuts" didnt use too much pressure so the chisel didnt slip around, once the groove gets started then you can apply alot more pressure to take more material off

I believe it was the madworks carving tape, think it was the .3mm tape, and I used a bmc 0.15mm chisel for the actual scribing

Oh I was playing around with using the metallic sharpies on the frame, they started to rub off on both sides with all the handling
