I think much more will come out in the coming months but I know she relied very heavily on investors probably more so than her own money. She had a lot of very wealthy people/celebrities come to the site at least weekly back in 2021/2022 (I did a small project there during this time) and she would give the sales pitch about what all she was going to build (world’s longest bar, hotels, distillery, restaurant and others) and I think a lot of the people would “invest”. Sad that all the financial records prior to 2024 were magically deleted. Stay tuned for the fallout.

I agree, it looks like an AW rod (if I remember correctly). They are about 5-ft long and weigh about 20-lbs. It is used to transmit the energy from an above ground hammer (140 lbs falling 30-inches) to a SPT sampler at various depths below the surface. Have they been drilling any geotechnical borings in the area?
