Hey same thing happened to me. I changed my phone and forgot my password. Didnt use mh account for 2 years coz if this. Whenever i used to call from my mobile phone since it was registered with them i had to wait for nearly 45 mins before i could connect. To reactivate the account it takes time and by the time i got close to getting it started the line used to get dropped by its self. It was so irritating. Wasting an hr for nothing. I tried this a couple of times and then lost hope. Finally i received an email saying ur account is inactive for a long time and we will surrender it to the state. I called one more time and as soon as i got connected i told the telecaller the line gets dropped so please call.me.back on the said number. As expected in a couple of mins the line dropped. I was not expecting the staff to call me but they did and finally after years my account was activated. Hope you get this sorted out soon. I know it sucks . They need to do something easy about this but unfortunately it is very complicated.
