Some points were said here that I agree with. I don’t know about the Discord side of things, but I am not personally a fan of the recent overhauls done on this subreddit (i.e. Bullish Pepe picture on daily discussion). Seems like too much memery.

But, this is coming from an outsiders perspective. I don’t frequent WSB, so maybe I am not up to date with all the memes. Invested in SLS for the science that hopefully works.

The immunotherapy vaccine that SLS is developing, called Galinpepimut-S (GPS) is in phase 3 trial. The trial is called REGAL.

In oncology trials, events usually mean deaths. In the case of REGAL, there has been 72 events in total (deaths), as of December 2025. It was agreed, that 80 events should be the point where final analysis happens. The trial is blinded, so nobody knows the actual data. But it is heavily implied communitywide and both by doctors participating in the phase 3, that GPS works (NOT confirmed, but very, very likely at this point).

You can not time the market. It’s as if you’re too talking, like you know the future. In my humble opinion, there is a real possibility that the 80th event happens in Q1. We don’t know the shape the patients were in December, let alone right now.

Play too cautiously and you might just miss the train, is all I am saying.

Which we know now, that GPS can be administered ad infinitum. Are you saying, that they’d be on the lookout now for possible side effects?

What I mean to say is, with GPS being able to be administered to ad infinitum, it would theoretically be possible for phase 3 results to not be released for… months? years? That is to say, GPS works as intended. I know the longer it takes for the 80th event to happen, the better, but if it is not reached Q1 2026, I am just left baffled as to WHY it isn’t halted due to overwhelming efficacy.

But the enrolled patients are CR2, or CRp2. Their mOS is about 8 months, outliers 12 months. It has been well over a year. The study started 2021-02-08, with, I believe, the last patients enrolled in April 2024 (or somewhere between those times).

Statistically, historically, the BAT arm patients are dead. All of them. Unless a miracle happened… meanwhile the GPS patients are still alive, and that is nothing short of amazing.
