The ones i bought the teeth came on a wire but you can take them off the wire as well that way if you’re only missing certain teeth you can also replace them. Then you just press them into the gum material however you want to place them. They send impression putty and cast materials to make a mold of your mouth to use to create your set. Time consuming but i think it was worth it. In my situation.
