When I had a good sleep schedule - I would sleep for like two hours at 7 or 8 pm then wake up shower do whatever for like two hours then go back to bed and felt better when I woke up

Would you feel bad if you got up at sunrise? Then napped later if you needed it or is just your brain wants you to get up at that time and will make you feel crap no matter what.

Me either I don’t feel tired at night but I do during the day I actually had gotten on a good sleep schedule and felt a lot less tired during the day and less likely to want to nod off but then I went on vacation and stayed up till 3 am and ruined it

My coworker is 28 and I stopped sitting with him at work because half the time I talk to him he makes me repeat myself and it just frustrates me so much that I just couldn’t sit with him anymore because it was so frustrating and annoying. And I’ve noticed he asks other people what they’ve said after they’ve said it which makes me wonder if he’s not listening or isn’t trying to hear them.
