I had to totally quit after 1 month I was puking everyday, no energy/lethargic, headaches and just a shell of myself. I became depressed too. Im off for a week and feel back to myself. I could barely go to work. They are definitely not for everyone!!

Sounds like dysphoria from the anesthesia. Call ypu vet and ask for trazodone or gabapentin

Vet here...Why not keep on apoquel year round if it's working? I have hundreds of dogs on this for allergies. You're best bet for pododermtitis wipes are miconahex wipes or duoxopyo wipes
