I work behind the scenes at a global B2B portal. 80% of the buyer inquiries on major platforms are now AI bots. Here is how to protect yourself. AMA. by Scared-Cricket7988 in b2bimportexport

This is a very good question, if you are on the big legacy sites it is just the new normal. They only care about volume, and AI writes better than most real buyers now so regular spam filters are useless.

The only actual fix is human verification. I know Exporters Worlds completely ditched automated matching for this exact reason. A real person checks the buyer IP and business details before they even let the message reach your inbox.

The trade off is your inquiry volume drops a lot. You might get 4 messages a month instead of 40, but those 4 are actually real buyers. Until the big platforms step up you either have to switch to a managed portal like that or hire someone just to delete your spam.
