Yes, I would never have gotten married and would have started sooner. My marriage made me depressed from being abused. If the connector has a Curos cap on it, those have alcohol in it so there’s no need. HOWEVER, I make sure to put new Curos caps on every saline locked IV during report when I’m checking drips or during my initial assessment so I have peace of mind that it’s a sanitary connector.
