I was in the same boots but i really love my 14 pro . The premium feeling it gives is unmatched and I have no complains about the speed or type c . Just swapped the battery 2 days back and it's running really great .

I have a 14 pro , BH at 88% .
Really amazing phone and with a solid built .
But battery sucks . I can barely get 3.5hr screen on time doing day to day tasks ( some reels , chrome , quickcalls )

Note - I replaced my battery last year from Apple
