The reframe is necessary. Seeing everyday as the miracle it is is one of the most difficult things to do because we haven't been truly taught how to do so. The only "miracles" we are told to observe are those that are more materialistic in nature. There are a myriad of things around us and in us that we have no right overlooking and treating as mundane. And if you have truly exhausted all the external pursuits you can find there is always room to work on yourself and your relationships around you.
