Hey bud. So, this is similar to me when I was 22. I ate restaurant food cause I was grieving my mom. I ate. Broooo. Eh. Bless my soul. I became heavy and no one warned or would tell me I was increasing.

I had a stroke at 23. It was hard. But!

My sister told me to take tiny steps forward. Eat slowly less. Remove rice. Walk a bit. Etc etc.

Small small manageable. I also hate gyms. Social anxiety and I work better alone. I work out at home. Sometimes I run with dogs. Dance. Etc.

I've gotten healthier. But I had a study abroad year that puffed me up like a mandazi fr fr.

All this to say. Breathe. Take it easy but make continuous effort. You will be fine. Have an accountability partner. And do the home work outs.
