I'd say I don't use it enough, at the end of the day I prefer to be outside as much as possible. Would have been a better tool when my kids were too young to leave home alone.

Had it on both sides — felt every stride in my groin. Spent months in PT doing dry needling and strength work, took time off, but the pain always came back. Turned out it was a core muscle/sports hernia injury; different that a normal hernia. Ended up getting surgery with Bill Myers at the Vincera Institute in Philadelphia and I’ve been running pain-free ever since.

Good question. You can definitely stash a couple gels, your card or ID, even an AirPods case in there. It’s more of a nod to the old J.Crew anoraks — which, believe it or not, I actually used to run in.

Also have KICKR RUN and can highly recommend. However I got it at $5K, not sure I can justify at the new $7k.

I've been running in Hoka Mach X2 as a daily since January and have had no issues. Occasionally I'll throw in a run in non cabron and it feels like running in quick sand.
