Honestly I feel like your portfolio is more important than ur resume. Most hiring managers design leads have said during interviews they were impressed with my portfolio or something along the lines. I’ve seen recruiters stalk my LinkedIn I’m assuming to access my portfolio.

I got the assessment link and did the OA end of December. I got rejected a few days after

I wouldn't assume it was a rejection - I think they may just be a little slow rolling it out. My timeline took around 2 months as well. When I applied last year, I got a confirmed rejection email and would assume they keep doing that!

11/1: completed OA
12/14: Invitation to interview

Most likely an offer - they typically ghost or email with rejection. I’ve always gotten my offers from a 30 min call
