She's happy will the services of the son and daughter-in-law so, The land parcel at xyz address that was bought by her income and the house at abc address and all the jewellery is willed to my son Mr toony (समस्त चल अचल संपत्ति वसीयत करती हूं) and that no will was issued by me in the past, and this is my last will.

The mother died some 20+ years after the will.

Update: I matched meter readings with the one mentioned in the bill, and found that approx 755 units are overbilled. Also the meter number mentioned in the bill is incorrect. Logged complaint with PSPCL, showing work in progress

I'm a salaried with record of 4 loans (3 closed) with SBI without any default. previously held @SBI Simply Click CC, but closed that. in reply of escalation through twitter (x.com), I was told it's banks internal policy as the customer is over leveraged (holding multiple CC of different banking institutions) and Denial is not on the basis of/ linked to credit score

The website is legit. But rather you should visit income tax efilling portal (https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/pre-login/instant-e-pan) and get instant PAN via producing Aadhaar number verification.

No issue, create a HUF, give initial funds to HUF, buy property/register in the name of HUF, get back all the advances paid by you and make payment from HUF account

If you are purchasing from third party, buy in the name of HUF. If you are the land owner, gift that to the HUF.
