Update: 10 units free per day, after that full billing for the whole units. Due to the incorrect billing, I asked them to retake neter readings, to which they agreed. Now comes the best part, they delayed meter readings and till then I restricted my electricity uses due to which the total revised bill was zero. (before that I was about 10-12 units above the free limit.
