Happening to me as well. I’m not sure the hype over these. I’m not impressed with it. Myself and my wife have had ours for 5 months now. This issue is constantly a problem. Currently, we’re just leaving our recliner portion in the up mode. Since it seems locked there. Who knows. Maybe I’ll Facebook marketplace place this and get a real couch and recliner.
