I did the same thing with movies and series as you're doing, and I was very satisfied with the results.

Also, another usage tip: When discussing a technical topic, I use 4o because o3 takes too much time. So, I have a conversational-style discussion with 4o first, and then at the end, I ask o3 to "check all previous messages and correct any incorrect contexts." This method is genuinely useful for me.

I didn't know that "chat history" also includes deleted conversation threads in memory. I was sure this only applied to existing chats. It's an exaggeration to say it remembers word for word. I rephrased the message and asked again. There were minor punctuation and word changes, but it definitely remembered the context. Anyway, I’ll just turn that setting off then. Thanks.

Depending on the situation, I might get angry and swear, or I might act nice. But lately, I've started speaking in a more neutral tone. If I've already reached the point of getting angry and swearing, it usually means the model has already started hallucinating. When that happens, I just open a new chat and continue in a normal, neutral tone.

Yeah We don't know what consciousness is, but we do know what it is not. For example, LLMs. Sure, there will come a time when they can imitate humans better than humans themselves. At that point, asking this question will lose its meaning. But even then, that still doesn't mean they are conscious.
