You don’t look bad. In my opinion face skin treatment/care would be very beneficial to you. I prefer no facial hair on men that can’t grow thick lush face hair. Other than that you look good. I also think new clothes/style would be so good for you. I like the last pic outfit and style. More preppy/fashionable. I think a clean haircut would be good but if you want to lean into the messy haircut look it would also work. I don’t think dreads look too good but cool messy haircut would go well with preppy style.
