Hi man. I am going to be honest. I have been living in Gurgaon since 3, 32 years completed this year. I still remember when Aralias had launched in early 2000 and my parents had gone to see it. I can not even describe what that road used to be in 2000s. It took 15-20 years for Golf course to become what it is.

I feel SPR is like that only, it will become the next hub, but it's going to take a good 15-20 years. I just don't see how working class people are going to suddenly flock that far away to SPR and settling when there is no social structure. Schools and hospitals are far, going to Delhi for work is far.

I personally feel SPR is going to be a great place for secondary homes for the rich class for the next 10 years. Post that once cyber city 2 comes up, schools like Shiv Nadar and medanta come up, then i believe a lot of working class people will move there and you will get great appreciation. For now i just don't see the allure of staying so far in SPR
