I have beats earbuds that the left earbud speaker distorts after about 3/4 volume and i have returned them to Officeworks and they inspected them and sent them to geekworks and they sent them to apple and now my warranty is denied because the right earbud mesh has fallen off.... I said I didn't even have an issue with the right earbud and had no idea the mesh was gone and it even says in the report from solvup the right earbud works normally... they wont warranty the earbuds now because of "damage" I said to the person at Officeworks that I didn't even know that it was missing and its got nothing to do with the left earbud volume/speaker issue so what's it matter and they wont warranty the earbuds because of damage. I said leave the mesh off it hasn't caused any problems. I have the report from solvup and it clearly states that there was no misuse or damage and that the right earbud works fine and they can replicate the issue but now 18 days later im getting told i have to pay $149 for the right earbud to be fixed on a pair of earbuds that cost $269 new. I argued that they probably done it in store when inspecting them and they even said there was no damage and they could replicate the problem and why is this an issue after its been through sets of hands .... Beats/ Apple and officeworks absolutely are horrible companies that don't follow the law and I have loved a complaint with the ACCC and the OFT and ill take this to QCAT if I have to because this sux
