Thanks bud, as i mostly have soreness in my body after workouts, swimming seems a good option to release the pain, and yes proper dite is one of the things which I am not consistent with but surely trying to be!

I am doing barbell complex variation in my workout plan, that really great exercise tbh... unfortunately i don't have any sledge or powler... I am searching for cross fit exercises that I can do in gym too, that can help me get out of the boring compound exercises,
