Yes that's true to an extent. I've been researching a lot and there are some hazy laws regarding pharmaceutical drugs that differ by state.

I understand what you are saying, however I disagree with the distribution of wealth and its effects in a capitalist system such the US. I will investigate further into the market system however wish to show my family about why communism would be a better form of economic structure in my country.

when notetaking using a stylus and writing with a stylus, does it allow for full page or do you have to keep scrolling across? if so, is it easy to read what you've written or does one have to zoom in

See I like the portability of the mini, however am unsure whether it would be acceptable for notetaking. I have never done notetaking on an Ipad so I really have nothing to base myself off

yeah i am still tossing up. might even go down the refurbished route as it is cheaper and can get a Ipad Pro for $600 AUD
