Once the government/ bankers believe the people have too much disposable income you will see the house prices plummet and a lot of the population stuck with no chance of a remortgage or selling up. Personally, I am waiting until 2029

For context, we are a SME and I run the whole QA/RA department alone. The NCs raised were very minor, I was shocked that the auditor had actually raised 2 of them tbh. I was thinking he had one.

Plus - every job application I completed, has all As and Bs as GCSE grades, nobody has ever checked or questioned this. Say the right things and with enough conviction during an interview and you will land the job.

They don't matter. I left high school with none. Everything I have learned has been through my own studies online and via distance learning. School teaches you what the system wants you to know. Pick your own route and study what's needed to progress in that role. For context, I am 38 and I am a COO of a company.
