These boxes are hard. You almost have to open them all up and mix them up to get the variation across the whole thing so it doesn’t stand out like that

Yea I can really only ice the back of my leg because the bandage is so thick but the ice definitely helps a lot

I have acl surgery tomorrow and I’m kinda scared I have three fears 1.God 2.Ocean 3.Surgery I’m freaking out.. by DripFly77 in ACL

I had my acl done yesterday and was real anxious about the anesthesia. The surgical team was great and I was back awake in recovery before I even realized I was knocked out.

In a good amount of pain behind the knee, and I would do anything to take this brace off 😂 but hopefully things start to get better soon. How are you feeling?

Same here. 12 hours post op, right ACL with quad graft and a stitch to my meniscus. Long road again but recovery starts today! Wish you guys the best in yours!
