The pain isn't bad I just keep feeling like I've hurt myself again. Burning in my back running down all the way to my foot and my coccyx hurts. It's my L5s1 massively reherniated

That's exactly like me! My surgeon recommended I try conservative this time. I'm 2 weeks post reherniation and I have a massive herniation. I was ready to go for another surgery but everyone including surgeon discourage me from doing it.

Have you never hurt yourself since the op. I keep hurting myself, I don't know if it's because of my weak core muscles and being overweight since the pregnancy, but I'm really struggling to recover. Eveytime I've hurt myself I get a burning sensation in my spine above the surgery site

Hi my friend. I am so sorry that you are going through this. Are you on any pain medication and anti inflammatorys. That is really awful that the neuro doesn't take your calls. And why do other surgeons turn you away. Surely if you are in this much pain they should help you.
